1 General Terms and Definitions

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Registration Requirements

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false information will result in account closure. Information required at registration includes:

• Date of birth (for age verification)

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If any unauthorized access occurs, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

The 8abet authority may request documents for identity verification under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. This may include:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Accepted methods for depositing funds into 8abet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a successful request, funds are generally sent to your designated account within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may take longer if a verification process is ongoing.

• Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for the deposit.

8abet offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn (৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000).

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• 8abet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

8abet has four VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The detailed terms of the cashback program are set by the 8abet authority and are subject to change. Consistent and active participation on the platform is required to advance to a higher VIP tier.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully registered in the system and deducted from the balance. Incomplete bets due to disconnection or technical issues will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

Markets in the sports betting section are available for both pre-event and live betting. Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are determined impartially and the decision of the 8abet authority on such matters is final.

6.3 Casino Games

The 8abet casino section features games from various international providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Microgaming. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

6.4 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game is undetermined due to server issues, network outages, or software errors, 8abet reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the deposit.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence
• Unauthorized access to another person's account or attempting to hack

• Collusion or coordinated cheating with other members

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 8abet

8abet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the terms and conditions
• Failure to provide required documents for KYC verification
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory authority

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

8.3 Inactive Accounts
